French League club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) striker Goncalo Ramos must be absent for three months due to injury in the match against Le Havre, Saturday (17/8) early morning IST.
“He suffered a serious injury to the ankle ligaments and requires surgery in the next few days,” said PSG, quoted from AFP in Jakarta, Saturday.
In the match against the host Le Havre, Goncalo Ramos who played from the first minute had to be replaced by Randal Kolo Muani in the 20th minute.
However, Ramos managed to make one assist for Lee Kang-in’s goal before leaving the field.
In the process, PSG managed to win the match with a score of 4-1. PSG’s goals were scored by Lee Kang-in, Ousmane Dembele, Bradley Barcola and Kolo Muani (penalty).

Le Havre reduced the score through Gautier Lloris’ goal.
Goncalo Ramos was recruited by PSG in 2023. Initially, the Portuguese footballer was only on loan from Benfica before being made permanent in November 2023.
PSG contracted the 23-year-old until 2028.
In the 2023-2024 season, Goncalo Ramos, who was once predicted to be a replacement for PSG’s mainstay striker Kylian Mbappe, made 29 appearances in the French League with 11 goals.
During that period, Ramos helped his team win the French League and French Cup titles.
