Brighton fans received a New Year gift as the club re-signed Pascal Groß. The 34-year-old returned from the German club Borussia Dortmund for a fee of €1.5 million (around ₹14 crore). He has signed a contract that runs until the summer of 2027. Groß moved to Germany just 18 months ago after spending seven years at Brighton. He has played 261 matches for Brighton, making him one of the club’s most notable players in the Premier League.
