TEAMtalk has reported that Everton is considering West Ham winger Crysencio Summerville as the transfer window approaches.

Club officials are monitoring Summerville’s situation closely as they plan for potential moves this summer.

Despite West Ham’s ups and downs, Summerville has still contributed 11 goals this season, which is a solid performance under the circumstances.

This potential transfer may also provide insight into Jack Grealish’s future at Everton.

Everton will likely need to invest more than £35 million to secure Summerville this summer, since West Ham aims to recover the £25 million they originally spent on him.

This indicates that the club is developing a transfer strategy that may not include a permanent deal for Grealish.

It’s unlikely that the Friedkin Group will pursue both wingers, suggesting a choice between the two could be necessary.

Additionally, Summerville might not move unless assured of a starting position, as he is also attracting interest from Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, Bournemouth, and Brentford.

Another prospect for Everton is Othmane Maamma. The Moroccan winger has caught the attention of Everton scouts with his performances for Watford in the Championship.

Challenges may arise with the Grealish deal as well. Beyond the transfer fee, his salary would pose a significant financial obligation.

As reported by Capology, Grealish’s current contract costs Manchester City about £300,000 per week, a figure that could strain even the largest Premier League budgets.
