The National Women’s Soccer League kicked off its debut on streaming partner Victory+ this Sunday with plenty of action, featuring seven goals in just two matches. Barbra Banda and Savy King returned from injury, Angel City defeated the Chicago Stars, and the Seattle Reign edged out the Pride 2-1 in Orlando. Off the field, there was an upgrade to Laura Harvey’s cooler and a weather delay affected the Orlando game.

Laura Harvey’s Custom Cooler

Seattle Reign head coach Laura Harvey is well-known for two main reasons: she holds the record for most wins in NWSL regular-season history and her habit of sitting on coolers during matches. This unique quirk has made their games against the Wave dubbed the ‘Cooler Clash,’ especially when Casey Stoney was coaching San Diego.

The connection grew stronger on Sunday as Harvey unveiled a special Reign-branded Yeti cooler, a sponsor of the league, featuring her silhouette sitting on a cooler with a crown, designed for her sideline seating.
