With Cade Cunningham sidelined, Jalen Duren rose to the occasion, leading the Detroit Pistons to a victory on Thursday. This win keeps the Pistons at the top of the Eastern Conference standings, as they defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 129-108.

Duren, enjoying a standout season, scored 30 points in just 31 minutes, making 10 of his 12 shots for an impressive 83.3% shooting percentage.

In addition to his scoring, Duren grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out seven assists. As an All-Star for the first time this year, he set a franchise record by becoming the first Pistons player to achieve 30 points, 10 rebounds, and at least five assists with a shooting percentage of 80% or higher.
