With Cade Cunningham still sidelined, Jalen Duren emerged as a key player for the Detroit Pistons in their victory over the Toronto Raptors, winning 127-116 on Tuesday night.

Duren’s performance was exceptional, achieving a feat not commonly seen in the league this season. He scored 31 points in just 35 minutes, making 12 out of 13 shots from the field and hitting all 7 of his free throws. He did not attempt any three-pointers during the game.

Jalen Duren’s Remarkable Scoring Efficiency

Duren, who is an All-Star for the first time this season, stands out as the only player to have more than one game with over 30 points and a shooting percentage of 90% or above. He previously accomplished this on November 17, when he scored 31 points with a similar shooting accuracy in a game against the Indiana Pacers, completing it in just 29 minutes.
