Monaco has reached a significant agreement with Barcelona regarding the future of young winger Ansu Fati. The two clubs have finalized a deal that allows Monaco to permanently acquire the 23-year-old talent.
As reported by DiarioAS, the transfer fee for Fati is set at €11 million. In addition, Barcelona will retain a buy-back option and a percentage of any future sale involving the player.
The transaction is expected to be concluded within the week, with an official announcement anticipated shortly. Fati had previously joined Monaco on a season-long loan during the summer of 2025, during which he made 30 appearances and scored 12 goals, leading the club’s management to exercise the buyout clause.
Transfermarkt estimates Fati’s current market value at approximately €15 million, indicating his rising status in European football.
