The Brazil national team has extended their lead in the 2026 World Cup match against Haiti. In the 36th minute, Matheus Cunha netted his second goal of the game thanks to an impressive assist from Vinicius Junior.

Vinicius delivered a precise pass to Cunha, who then executed a pinpoint shot into the top corner, leaving the Haitian goalkeeper with no chance. This goal followed Cunha’s opening score in the 24th minute, which was also confirmed after a VAR review.

With this second goal, Brazil surged ahead with a 2-0 lead, establishing a comfortable advantage before halftime.
