Football officials in Ivory Coast have confirmed that the season will resume in August, starting with the Ivorian Super Cup on the 6th of the month. This match will feature Ligue 1 champions ASEC Mimosas pitting their skills against CO Korhogo, the winners of the National Cup.
The professional league is scheduled to officially kick off on 28 August, where ASEC Mimosas will enter the new season with the aim of defending their title.
