Liverpool Football Club has officially submitted a bid to acquire RB Leipzig winger Jan Diomande. The Premier League side is offering a fixed amount of €90 million, alongside an additional €10 million in performance-related bonuses for the Ivorian player.

According to The Athletic, the Reds have intensified their negotiations and enhanced their previous proposal. While the total potential value of the transfer could reach nearly €100 million, it has yet to satisfy the German club’s demands.

RB Leipzig has turned down Liverpool’s offer, expressing no intent to part ways with Diomande for that figure. The club is reportedly looking to negotiate an extension of the winger’s contract, along with a salary increase and a revision of his release clause.

In addition, Paris Saint-Germain is monitoring the situation with Diomande. Although the French club has not made a formal offer, they are awaiting his decision. Reports suggest that PSG’s contract conditions currently do not match those offered by Liverpool, leaving the English club in a favorable position. However, any reconsideration by Leipzig is likely contingent on receiving an offer in the range of €120–130 million.
