Manchester United‘s 2026/27 Home Kit Accidentally Revealed Ahead of Official Launch
Manchester United’s new home kit for the 2026/27 season has already generated major attention ahead of its official release. The club is set to officially unveil the shirt on May 14. Manchester United is also expected to wear the new home strip in the final two games of this season, which will be against Nottingham Forest and Brighton.
However, the kit now appears to have already been accidentally revealed early.
Manchester United home kit spotted before official launch
Popular United fan and influencer Therese Gudmundsen uploaded images to Instagram showing large promotional banners outside Old Trafford featuring the new 2026/27 home kit. The display included several Manchester United stars, including Amad Diallo, Matheus Cunha, and Bruno Fernandes, wearing the unreleased kit. The shirt itself features a clean red design with white Adidas shoulder stripes and white detailing around the collar and sleeves.
Fans have already seen several leaked images online in recent months, but this is one of the clearest public appearances of the new shirt so far. Given the scale of the promotional setup outside Old Trafford, many supporters believe the reveal may have come slightly earlier than intended ahead of tomorrow’s official launch.
Manchester United already preparing future kit releases
Preparations for next season’s kits appear to be well underway behind the scenes at Manchester United. As previously reported, Angry Ginge has reportedly been involved in promotional filming linked to United’s upcoming third kit launch.
Manchester United’s commercial activity has remained extremely strong despite difficult moments on the pitch over recent seasons. Now, attention is beginning to shift towards the 2026/27 campaign. The Red Devils have already secured a spot in next season’s UEFA Champions League. Supporters have already been getting an early glimpse of what the team will soon be wearing next term.
