Tottenham Receives Injury Update Ahead of Leeds United Match

Tottenham Hotspur will face Leeds United on Monday night, seeking to secure all three points to enhance their survival chances in the Premier League. Should results align favorably, with West Ham competing against Arsenal on Sunday, Roberto De Zerbi’s squad might create a four-point cushion with only six points remaining in play.

Leeds United extended their unbeaten streak to six games following a 3-1 victory against Burnley. Meanwhile, many Spurs fans are optimistic about a positive outcome after witnessing their team achieve back-to-back wins in their last two league encounters, having struggled for more than four months without a Premier League win.

Under De Zerbi, Spurs have begun to define their style and show signs of resurgence. The Lilywhites have earned seven points from a possible 12. De Zerbi’s chances of earning a victory on Monday appear to have received a significant boost due to the latest injury update from Leeds United.

Leeds United Faces Injury Setbacks Before Tottenham Clash

Edmund Riemer, standing in for Leeds United’s manager Daniel Farke at Friday’s pre-match press conference, delivered disappointing news. He announced that Noah Okafor and Gabriel Gudmundsson will not be traveling to North London.

Noah Okafor is sidelined with a calf injury and will miss the next two matches, while Gabriel Gudmundsson has a hamstring injury that will keep him out of the clash against Tottenham. Pascal Struijk is a slight doubt but is expected to be fit.

“Gabi will be out this week, and Noah will miss the next two games. Pascal won’t train with us today, but we’re hopeful he’ll be available,” Edmund Riemer stated in his press conference.
