Bournemouth has announced that Argentine centre-back Marcos Senesi will be leaving the club at the end of the season as a free agent. The 29-year-old’s contract is set to expire this summer, and the club’s management was unable to reach an agreement to extend his deal.
Senesi joined Bournemouth in 2022 from Feyenoord for €15 million and has since established himself as a key figure within the team. Over his tenure, he has made 126 appearances, scoring six goals and providing ten assists.
The upcoming Matchweek 37 clash against Manchester City will mark Senesi’s final home game in a Bournemouth shirt. His current market value is estimated at €22 million, according to Transfermarkt.
