Chelsea are essentially betting the future of their project on a manager who just failed at the biggest club in the world after only seven months.

And honestly, Chelsea might be an even harder environment.

At least Real Madrid has proven winners and established leadership. Chelsea right now feels like a billion-dollar experiment with no direction.
