The Cameroonian national football team is currently preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations as their training camp commenced on April 20 in Yaoundé. The first session featured 30 players and was conducted by head coach Saidou Alioum along with his technical staff.

On April 21, the squad is set to hold two training sessions as part of their preparations. This final training camp will conclude with two friendly matches on April 22 at the Ngoa Ekelle Stadium in Yaoundé.

Additionally, it is significant to note that Cameroon’s U17 team recently won the 2026 UNIFFAC tournament, thereby securing their position at the upcoming 2026 Africa Cup of Nations.
