Manchester United have joined the competition for one of South America’s promising young talents, 16-year-old Palmeiras forward Eduardo Conceição. The club is reportedly preparing an official offer with a guaranteed fee of €40 million, as per UOLEsporte, while negotiations for additional bonuses are underway.
Conceição, often referred to as ‘the new Neymar’ due to his impressive skills and performances in youth tournaments, has attracted significant interest from top European clubs. Despite not having made his senior debut, his recent showings at the South American U-17 Championship, where he scored twice and provided two assists, have prompted the INEOS leadership to take decisive action.
In a bid to secure the young talent, Manchester United aims to outpace rivals such as Manchester City, PSG, and Barcelona, and they are currently in advanced discussions with Conceição’s representatives.
Manchester United are also preparing a €100 million offer for Juventus star Kenan Yildiz.
