The England national football team faced a new challenge during their ongoing tour in the United States. On the evening of June 13, players and staff were instructed to seek immediate shelter indoors due to a tornado warning issued for the Kansas City area, according to reports from The Athletic.

All members of the English delegation received automatic alerts on their mobile devices, notifying them of severe thunderstorms and the potential threat of a tornado. Consequently, the team had to remain in safe indoor locations until the weather conditions improved.

This incident marks the latest in a series of difficulties for the England squad during their trip. Earlier, there were reports of a shooting in close proximity to the team’s base, and the players also experienced the aftershocks of an earthquake. Additionally, the team fell victim to a robbery.
