Liverpool have officially expressed their interest in winger Bazoumana Touré as they initiate plans to strengthen their attack ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window. The club is reportedly the first to open discussions for the Hoffenheim star, surpassing rivals such as Manchester United and other Premier League teams.

Touré has established himself as one of the standout young talents in the Bundesliga this season, having contributed five goals and 12 assists across 30 appearances in all competitions for Hoffenheim. Liverpool’s interest comes in light of anticipated changes to their forward lineup, particularly with the expected departure of Mohamed Salah.

Despite the interest from Liverpool, Hoffenheim is under no financial pressure to sell the 20-year-old winger. The club is reportedly holding out for a fee in the region of £43 million, as Touré is still tied to a long-term contract with them.
