Kenan Yildiz has officially signed a new contract with Juventus. In the new deal, the German-born Turkish player will be with Juventus until the summer of 2029.
The Old Lady have also confirmed that the Turkish talent will now wear the iconic number 10 shirt, previously worn by legends such as Alessandro Del Piero, Roberto Baggio and Michel Platini.
In fact, extending the contract is not the most pressing issue for Juventus, because Yildiz was previously tied to a contract until the summer of 2028. However, with his impressive performance last season, Juventus considered the 19-year-old player deserved to be valued better.

As reported by Football-Italia, Yildiz currently earns a salary of around 1 million euros per season, excluding bonuses. This is more than three times what he earned on his last contract.
“Juventus is delighted to announce that Turkish talent Kenan Yildiz has renewed his contract, extending his stay in Turin until June 2029. He will wear the club’s number 10 shirt from this season onwards,” Juventus wrote in a statement.
Born and raised in Germany by a Turkish father and a German mother, Yildiz began his career with Bayern Munich’s youth system, who scouted him at the age of seven. He remained with the German giants for a decade.
As a young talent with good prospects, Yildiz joined the Bianconeri in 2022, starting with the U-19 team. He scored a total of 15 goals in 37 appearances before joining the Juventus Next Gen team. He made his professional debut at the age of 17 in December 2022, where he scored two goals.
