A unique and funny moment colored the first day of the Sepang pre-season test. During the test, the Ducati motorbike ridden by Marc Marquez was forced to stop.

This event was shared directly through the official MotoGP Instagram account, @motogp. In one of the posts there is a video showing Marquez’s motorbike being stutted by the Marshal using a duck motorbike.

“Is this the first taxi of the season?” wrote MotoGP.

Seen from the video upload, it is estimated that Marquez’s motorbike was stalled because it broke down during the pre-season test. Based on information from crash.net, the motorbike broke down due to technical problems.

“At the last corner, they said it was a crash, but it was not. It’s just a technical problem. I went to the gravel, but I didn’t crash,” said Marquez.

“Other than that I also had a problem at turn nine. Then I went to the pit box. It turned out that there was a problem with the Ducati bike, which they then explained”.

“Then I said what happened (with the bike). They explained to me something I needed to learn. I have confidence and I have this moment,” he added.

Not only Marquez, but Francesco Bagnaia, and Raul Fernandez are also rumoured to have had bad luck. Both riders were involved in accidents that prevented them from continuing the pre-season test session.
