Barcelona reportedly included Antonio Conte’s name as a candidate to replace Xavi Hernandez. In addition, several other coaches are on Barcelona’s target list.

Barcelona and Xavi Hernandez will part ways at the end of this season. The Spanish coach submitted his resignation after feeling he had failed to coach Raphinha and his friends.

Therefore, Barcelona began to move to find a new coach. Barca must be fast because the new coach is expected to arrive before preparations for the new season begin. That way, the coach will also be involved in planning the transfer window.

According to Sport’s report, Barcelona are considering Antonio Conte as their next coach. Currently, the Italian tactician is unemployed after parting ways with Tottenham Hotspur.

Conte was linked with Napoli to fill the seat left by Rudi Garcia. However, Conte turned down the offer because he only wanted to coach at the start of the season.

Conte remains a consideration for Barcelona management even though in terms of playing style there are differences. Because ball possession is not a strategy that Conte applies in his team.

Apart from Conte, Barcelona also has other candidates to become the new coach. Thiago Motta, Jurgen Klopp, and Hansi Flick are three of them. Of these names, the biggest chance is with Hansi Flick.
