The Talisman has already scored 926 goals and is only 74 goals away from the milestone of scoring 1000 goals. He will be the first one to do so in competitive matches. He is already the highest goal scorer but it will be the greatest achievement in the footballing world, if he is able to do it.
Another achievement he has amassed after scoring the 926th goal, is that he had 463 goals before he was 30 and has exactly the same goals after he turned 30. This stat shows his insane longevity and dedication to play the sport at the highest level.

Every goal that he scores from now on means that he will have a greater number of goals after he turned 30.
Cristiano Ronaldo has said he is still aiming for a 1,000-goal career
Cristiano Ronaldo has said he is still aiming for a 1,000-goal career but accepts he may not have enough time left in his career in order to reach the milestone.
“I now face my life living in the moment. I can’t think long term anymore,” Ronaldo said.
“I can no longer think about what I said publicly that I wanted to reach 1,000 goals. But it seems that everything is easy now, just last month I reached 900. It’s about living in the moment, enjoying the moment, seeing the response that my legs will give me in the next few years. One thousand goals is great, but if it doesn’t come, I’m already the player in history with the most goals.”
